Updated Vendor Agreement to Include Required GDPR Protections.

Created policy outlining principles and methods for training UIF employees on data privacy. November 2020

Created Record of Processing Activities (RoPA), which identifies data the UIF maintains as custodian of Advancement Data on behalf of the Universities.

Identified the "Legal Basis for Processing Activities," setting forth the legitimate bases of data maintenance as laid out in the GDPR.

Created a formal policy for receiving, responding to, and tracking data subject requests where UIF acts as a data controller and as a processor. January 2021
Provided annual training on data privacy that is offered to the entire Foundation and the University. March 2020
