In the coming months this page on the User Services website will be developed as a centralized hub for training tutorial videos on FACTS related items. User Services will be creating these videos as reference material and not to replace hands on training.

If you would have suggestions on tutorial videos that you would like to see User Services develop or any feedback on the tutorials that have been done, please click on this link and provide that information to User Services. We value your opinion!

To view any of the videos below, please first find out what type of movie players you have installed on your PC and then click on the appropriate icon under the Movie Players column.

Below is a list of the types of movie players we support on this site:

 Windows Media Player - To pause Media Player click the pause  button 
 QuickTime - To pause Quicktime click the pause  button.
 Flash Player - To pause Flash Player right click on video and deselect Play.

Note: All video and documents from this site will require a Bluestem logon and password for verificiation.
