Access to FACTS and UIF Online is provided to individuals who perform the following Advancements roles. Contact the UIF User Services office at (217)333-6902 if you have questions or need assistance.

Select the proper role below and then print, complete, and forward the appropriate Access Request Forms as indicated on the form:

Campus Development/Advancement Office Staff

Chancellor, Provost, Dean (or Admin. Assistant)

Constitutent Liaison (campus users/non-development role)

Department Heads, Business Managers and Others (does not include FACTS access)

Alumni Association Staff Members - Employees of UIAA should use this form

Foundation Staff Members - Employees of UIF should use this form

What do I need to access FACTS and UIF Online?

FACTS requires a PC running Windows 2000 or later. The FACTS C/S software must be downloaded and installed on the PC in order to access FACTS.

UIF Online is a web-based application that will run in any operating system. It requires a recent version of a web browser that supports SSL, cookies, javascript, and cascading style sheets. We recommend one of the following:

Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
Firefox 1.0 or higher
Opera 1.x or higher
Mozilla 1.7 or higher

For those users who will be viewing electronic documents regularly, we strongly recommend a PC running a minimum of Internet Explorer and Windows 2000.

The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program that is required to view the many Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files available on this website.

A University NetID is required and NetID password is required for access to UIF Online. NetID's are managed by the campus computing office of each campus. Please see the website for your campus for assistance:
